Goods-in inspection
Powder, containers and closures are checked against spec on arrival and stored in dedicated warehousing until scheduled.
Line clearance
Filling and sealing equipment is stripped, inspected and signed off clear of previous powders — critical for allergen control.
Filling & verification
Enclosed auger dosing with continuous check-weighing; drift triggers correction before it becomes a batch problem.
Coding & sealing
Batch and best-before codes print inline; induction seals and closures are applied and torque-checked.
Packing & release
Units are cartoned, palletised and wrapped; the batch record is completed and QA releases the run to freight.
