Contract Sachet & Pouch Filling
The formats modern brands launch with: stick packs, sachets and stand-up pouches. Filled on multi-lane machines, sealed to spec, and counted out ready for retail or sampling campaigns.
Single-serve formats sell the product before the full-size product does. They're the sampling tool for supplements, the travel pack for cosmetics, the portion control for sauces — and they demand machines most manufacturers don't carry. Ours run liquids and powders side by side.
Because sachet runs are often high-count, accuracy per dose is everything: each lane is dosed and sealed independently, and finished sachets are counted and verified before cartoning.
Capability
Formats and Fill Volumes
| Format | Typical use | Fill type |
|---|---|---|
| Stick packs | Supplement doses, drink mixes, powders | Powder |
| Flat sachets | Sauces, gels, single-use cosmetics | Liquid & gel |
| Stand-up pouches | Retail refill and pantry formats | Powder & liquid |
| Spout pouches | Re-sealable liquids, baby and pet care | Liquid |
| Multi-pack sachet books | Sampling books, promotional sets | Both |
Fill volumes are set per project — tell us the dose and we'll confirm the format and lane count that suits it. Complementary services: powder filling for larger formats, blending if the powder needs to be made first.
